・Please present your Starime Box confirmation email to staff on the day of the event for check-in and to receive your VIP Upgrades.

・1v1 Meet & Greet is only available to holders of Invitation Letters. Non-holders are not eligible for event entry.

・If the organizer deems the submitted name inappropriate, the postcard will be replaced with the standard version without prior notice.

・Real name registration is required for 1v1 Meet & Greet. When creating an account on ZAIKO, please enter your full name as shown on a valid identification document (ID card/passport/student ID, etc.). You are also required to present this ID document to enter the event venue. Once purchased, the name cannot be modified.

・Each guest can only purchase ONE Meet & Greet time slot. If you purchase two or more time slots, the later slots will be automatically canceled and refunded. Platform fees incurred during purchase will not be refunded.

・Please present your ZAIKO swipe screen to staff on the day of the event for 1v1 Meet & Greet check-in.

・All preordered event exclusive merchandise must be collected on-site. Shipping is not available.
